The River Tweed is renowned across the world for its salmon fishing, with hundreds of anglers visiting every year.
Now two unique beats have been put on the market for a total of offers over POUNDS200,000.
Chartered surveying firm Buccleuch John Sale are selling almost 4 miles of autumn fishing on the River Tweed in two lots.
Set in the upper reaches of the River Tweed between Peebles and Innerleithen, the Glenormiston Fishings are available in two separate beats.
And agents are expecting the special sale to attract a lot of interest in the UK and even overseas.
Selling agent Harry Lukas from Buccleuch John Sale said: “It’s not often that a beat such as this comes on the open market.
“The River Tweed is well known for its natural beauty and it fishes well. The beats also offer excellent access and parking near by.

The River Tweed is the most popular of the large Scottish salmon rivers and it catches more salmon on the fly than any other river in Britain.
Glenormiston Beat features seven named pools with catches showing a five year average of 43 salmon and 7 sea trout. The sale also includes a fishing hut on the north bank.
The beat has fished up to six rods and comes with the section of bank on the south side and any islands owned.
Cardrona beat has six named pools with a five year catch of 17 salmon and four sea trout.
